Processing Officer – Forklift Operator

About the role

Our Processing Officers sort, consolidate and dispatch parcels and freight at the Kaiwharawhara Road site, ensuring parcels are ready for courier delivery. The role involves operating a forklift for up to six hours per shift and requires a strong focus on health and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Sort and consolidate parcels and freight for outbound dispatch.
• Operate a forklift safely for up to six hours per shift.
• Load and unload parcels, ensuring correct handling and documentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily dispatch targets.

Required profile

• Available to work Saturday to Wednesday mornings, 3 am‑9 am.
• Competent and experienced forklift operator with a valid Forklift OSH certificate and/or endorsed driver’s licence (restricted licence minimum).
• Physically able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and good geographical knowledge.
• Commitment to safety for self, teammates and the site.
