Process Manager / Senior Process Manager

About the role
The Process Manager / Senior Process Manager reports to the Site Manager and leads end‑to‑end processing operations at our Tokoroa dairy plant. The role ensures production targets, quality standards, safety and environmental obligations are consistently met while serving as the primary technical contact for Tier 1 customers.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and support all processing activities on‑site to achieve daily production goals.
- Maintain compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for Tier 1 dairy customers.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant.
- Monitor and enhance asset performance and reliability.
- Develop team capability and ensure delivery of key manufacturing KPIs aligned with business strategy.
Required profile
- Reports directly to the Site Manager.
- Experience in managing dairy or food‑production processes.
- Strong focus on operational excellence and customer technical support.
