About the role
Halter is seeking a Process Engineering Manager to lead its production engineering team in Auckland. You will be responsible for turning the manufacturing operation into a continuously improving, high‑efficiency machine while contributing to the transformation of the broader industry.
Key responsibilities
- Build and lead a high‑performing process engineering team.
- Define and implement standards that enable rapid scaling of a fast‑growing manufacturing line.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and safety.
