Private Bank Associate – Lending

About the role

The Private Bank Associate – Lending joins ANZ's Personal Banking Private Bank team in Hamilton. Working closely with Private Bankers, the associate supports the growth and management of the lending portfolio while delivering high‑quality service to high‑net‑worth clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Private Bankers to maintain and expand the lending portfolio.
• Provide accurate financial analysis, credit risk assessment, and product advice to clients.
• Assist in developing and implementing strategies that increase client share of wallet and profitability.
• Attend client meetings, respond to queries, and ensure a trustworthy, credible presence.
• Drive referrals and cross‑selling of appropriate banking and investment products.
• Maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and professional networks.
