About the role

We are seeking an experienced Primary School Educator to join our AI training team on a contract basis. You will work remotely, assigning writing and editing tasks to AI chatbots, measuring their progress, and providing feedback to improve model quality.

Key responsibilities

Give AI chatbots writing, editing, and fact‑checking assignments.
Evaluate chatbot outputs for correctness, logical consistency, and adherence to brand voice.
Record performance metrics and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with the AI development team to refine training data.

Required profile

Fluency in English at native or bilingual level.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Residency in New Zealand.
