Pre-Commissioning Technician

About the role

The Pre-Commissioning Technician ensures ticketing equipment is ready for installation by performing detailed checks, diagnostics, and packing activities. You will work closely with project managers, installation teams, and logistics staff to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑commissioning checks on ticketing equipment, perform system diagnostics and firmware updates, and document test results.
• Safely pack equipment using protective materials, label and categorize items according to project requirements.
• Pick stock and assemble kits based on bills of materials, verifying completeness against inventory lists.
• Perform quality assurance inspections to confirm equipment condition before dispatch.
• Monitor inventory levels, report discrepancies, and coordinate restocking with procurement and warehouse teams.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, respond to communications promptly, and provide progress updates.
• Follow health, safety, and compliance procedures throughout all activities.
