About the role
The Practice Manager will play a varied and influential leadership role within BDO Hawke’s Bay. Reporting directly to senior leaders, you will help shape business performance and drive the success of one of the region’s leading professional services firms.
Key responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day leadership for the practice, ensuring smooth operations and high‑quality service delivery.
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to develop and implement strategies that improve business performance.
- Support the growth and development of the practice by identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients to uphold BDO’s reputation in Hawke’s Bay.
Required profile
- Demonstrated leadership experience in an administrative or office management setting.
- Proven ability to work directly with senior leadership and influence business outcomes.
- Strong understanding of professional services environments and commitment to delivering excellence.
