About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Plumbing Retail & Warehouse Assistant to join our family‑owned plumbing supplies store in Ōtāhuhu. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will support both the retail floor and the warehouse, helping customers find the right products and ensuring the stock area runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product enquiries and provide friendly service.
• Receive, unpack and organise plumbing supplies in the warehouse.
• Maintain tidy and well‑stocked retail displays.
• Process sales transactions and prepare orders for collection.
• Support inventory checks and assist with stock replenishment.

Required profile

• Honest and hard‑working attitude.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in a fast‑moving environment.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
