Plant Supervisor – Concrete Production

About the role

We are seeking a Plant Supervisor to lead our concrete and mortar production facility, ensuring high‑quality output while meeting safety, environmental and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with the Order Office, plant staff and customers to ensure production meets requirements and achieves optimum output, quality and standards.
• Inspect and oversee routine plant maintenance, maintaining cleanliness of mechanisms, areas, buildings, equipment and facilities.
• Manage waste disposal, water discharge and dust emissions in line with environmental procedures.
• Ensure sufficient materials are available for production and inspect incoming materials.
• Conduct weekly visual stock checks of all materials.
• Ensure all employees, contractors and visitors comply with safety instructions.
• Continuously review work methods and plant utilisation to maximise efficiency.
• Keep knowledge up to date and attend required training.
• Perform any other duties as requested by management.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Experience in plant operations and maintenance.
• Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Ability to manage resources effectively and work under pressure.
