About the role
APM is seeking a dedicated Physiotherapist to join its vibrant Wellington team. You will work across a variety of settings—including homes, workplaces, and community environments—to deliver high‑quality rehabilitation services.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct workplace assessments, develop graduated return‑to‑work plans and perform task analysis for vocational rehabilitation.
- Provide community‑based rehabilitation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to achieve client goals.
- Assess and treat concussion, mild to moderate traumatic brain injury, cervical spine, vestibular and oculomotor conditions.
- Deliver individualised programmes focused on independence, functional mobility and pain management.
- Write comprehensive reports, justify clinical reasoning and link clients to appropriate ACC services.
Required profile
- Strong clinical reasoning with the ability to adapt across diverse client needs.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary teams.
