Physiotherapist – Sports Teams & Clinical Care

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Physiotherapist to join our modern clinic in Lower Hutt. You will work with local sports teams and individual clients, delivering evidence‑based, client‑centred treatment and supporting their recovery and performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and treat musculoskeletal injuries for athletes and community members.
• Develop and implement personalised rehabilitation programmes, including exercise prescription and manual therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to ACC claim requirements.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and mentorship activities.

Required profile

• Current registration with the New Zealand Physiotherapy Board (NZ APC).
• Strong clinical reasoning and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused attitude.
