Physiotherapist – Community & Private Practice

About the role

Habit Health is seeking a driven Physiotherapist to join its Botany Road clinic in East Auckland. You will work within a multidisciplinary team delivering community‑based and private‑practice rehabilitation, focusing on musculoskeletal and post‑surgery care.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement in‑clinic and community rehabilitation programmes.
• Liaise with allied health team members to coordinate patient care.
• Create patient reports detailing abilities, goals and recommended interventions.
• Utilise diary management software for scheduling and documentation.

Required profile

• Current NZ physiotherapy registration and active APC.
• Experience with ACC contracts and pain‑management cases.
• Full NZ driver’s licence for community visits.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with diverse clients.

Required skills

• Musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
• Post‑surgery rehabilitation.
• Use of diary management software.
• Familiarity with AI medical scribe tools (Heidi).
