Physiotherapist – Community & Concussion Services

About the role

Key responsibilities

• Assess and treat concussion and mild‑to‑moderate traumatic brain injury cases.
• Provide cervical spine, vestibular and oculomotor assessments and interventions.
• Deliver gym‑based, home‑based and functional rehabilitation programmes.
• Evaluate movement patterns and progress strength and mobility for diverse client needs.
• Collaborate with GPs, specialists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in vocational and community rehabilitation.
• Strong clinical reasoning and adaptability across a range of client presentations.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients, whanau and stakeholders.
