About the role
The Forest Bridge Trust is seeking a practical, organised and people‑focused professional to support our team across people, project and culture initiatives. This home‑based, part‑time position works closely with our General Managers to enhance recruitment, HR processes, wellbeing, policy review, funding support and project coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with recruitment, induction and ongoing HR administration.
- Support wellbeing programmes and maintain up‑to‑date HR policies.
- Provide project coordination assistance for community and environmental initiatives.
- Collaborate with General Managers on culture‑building activities.
- Attend meetings and events across North Rodney as required.
Required profile
- Solid experience in HR or related people‑focused functions.
- Strong judgement, clear communication and a relationship‑focused approach.
- Ability to work independently in a home‑based setting while engaging with on‑site activities.
- Experience in small purpose‑driven organisations is an advantage.
