People Operations Consultant

About the role

The People Operations Consultant will deliver end‑to‑end operational support across the employee lifecycle, ensuring timely, accurate and customer‑focused delivery of people services. You will work closely with the wider People team, leaders and key stakeholders to resolve queries, manage transactions and continuously improve the employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide accurate People Operations support throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Manage employee data and transactions, maintaining quality, completeness and compliance.
• Resolve employee and leader queries via ticketing and contact channels.
• Offer guidance on People processes, policies and systems.
• Partner with stakeholders to support key People initiatives.
• Identify and implement improvements to processes, systems and employee experience.
• Ensure activities meet risk, compliance and legislative requirements.
• Maintain data integrity, confidentiality and secure handling of employee information.

Required profile

• Previous experience in People Operations, HR administration or a similar role.
• Strong customer focus with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage high volumes of work accurately and efficiently.
• Understanding of risk, compliance and confidentiality in a people environment.
• Self‑motivated, able to work autonomously and contribute to a team.
• Continuous‑improvement mindset and problem‑solving capability.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel).
