People Experience Advisor – HR Support (Fixed‑term)

About the role

The People Experience (PX) Advisor joins the AskHR team to provide proactive, professional HR advice and support to Ministry managers. This fixed‑term position (until 29 June 2027) focuses on helping managers achieve strategic goals while fostering strong employee relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with managers to deliver timely HR solutions and guidance.
• Support the development of employee capabilities aligned with business objectives.
• Contribute to the creation and implementation of HR policies and procedural guidelines.
• Coordinate and participate in ad‑hoc HR projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering accurate HR advice based on policy and best practice.
• Strong communication, coaching, mentoring and training abilities for people leaders.
• Ability to remain composed under pressure and maintain focus on outcomes.
• Drive and a results‑oriented mindset to continuously improve HR processes.
