People & Culture Business Partner – Clandeboye

About the role

As a People & Culture Business Partner you will help shape the future workforce of Fonterra’s large Clandeboye site. Working closely with senior leaders, you will translate the people strategy into practical actions that drive performance, capability and cultural change.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce planning at scale, developing data‑driven, end‑to‑end plans that align with business priorities.
• Embed capability development and culture‑transformation programmes into daily site operations.
• Coach and advise leaders on people solutions, engagement and high‑performance practices.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to design and deliver organisational solutions that have measurable business impact.
• Use workforce insights to anticipate needs and support decision‑making across the site.

Required profile

• Strategic thinker with strong business insight and a passion for enabling performance.
• Proven experience designing and delivering large‑scale workforce planning strategies.
• Track record of leading culture transformation in unionised environments.
• Data‑driven, outcomes‑focused with strong influencing and partnership skills.
• Future‑focused, adaptable and able to lead change across complex organisations.
