People and Capability Coordinator

About the role

The People and Capability Coordinator supports the daily operations of the People and Capability team, acting as a primary contact for employees. This role offers exposure to many HR functions, providing a solid foundation for a career in human resources.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for employment documentation and new staff onboarding.
• Coordinate learning and development activities and assist with HR projects.
• Prepare reports, analytics, and contribute to the delivery of people and capability services.
• Support continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and service delivery.
• Help strengthen the efficiency, quality, and maturity of the People and Capability Hub.

Required profile

• Confidence, resilience, professionalism and the ability to influence outcomes.
• Strong desire to build a career in Human Resources with some administration experience.
• Graduated in Human Resources or an equivalent field.
• Ability to forge strong relationships and build credibility.

Required skills

• 2–3 years of HR experience (preferred).
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail, quick learning, and initiative.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship‑management abilities.
• Tech‑savvy and confident with Microsoft Office Suite.
