PDI Manager – Vehicle Pre-Delivery Inspection

About the role

The PDI Manager will lead the day‑to‑day operations of our large vehicle compound in Hambro Hill, ensuring vehicles are prepared and moved efficiently to meet our high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the performance of the PDI department to achieve KPIs.
• Drive team performance to maximise site efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with individual brand standards.
• Collaborate with Sales to meet vehicle standards and delivery times.
• Process recall and warranty work promptly according to manufacturer guidelines.
• Maintain site security and safety procedures.

Required profile

• Background in logistics or after‑sales.
• Experience preparing vehicles for delivery.
• Ability to work in a busy, team‑oriented environment.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
