Part‑Time Quality Assurance Site Coordinator

About the role

Eurofins BioPharma Product Testing NZ is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance professional for a part‑time Site Coordinator role. Based in Penrose, Auckland, you will lead the Quality Management System (QMS) and support a culture of compliance and continuous improvement across our GMP‑licensed laboratory.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance the site’s QMS to meet GMP, ISO 17025 and other regulatory requirements.
• Conduct internal audits, document reviews, and corrective actions.
• Support the Head of Quality AU/NZ and Business Unit Manager in quality‑related decision‑making.
• Oversee document control, training records, and change management.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor key quality metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a quality role within a regulated laboratory environment.
• Strong understanding of GMP, ISO 17025 and quality system documentation.
• Ability to work flexible part‑time hours within normal business days.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to compliance.
