Part‑time FBO Flight Operations Support Officer

About the role

Luxaviation’s ExecuJet Auckland FBO is seeking a Part‑time Flight Operations Support Officer to ensure smooth and efficient FBO activities. You will coordinate aircraft movements, passenger services and commercial Meet‑and‑Greet services while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule aircraft arrivals, departures and ground services, communicating with operators, crews and ramp teams.
• Arrange commercial Meet‑and‑Greet services with travel agencies, ensuring timely communication with agents and customers.
• Respond to client enquiries, provide quotes and handle general queries.
• Maintain accurate records for aircraft movements, fuel operations and passenger services in line with regulatory and company standards.
• Update the client database and ensure correct billing of all services.
• Support daily ramp operations by recording aircraft movements and service tasks.
• Liaise between internal teams, clients and third‑party vendors to resolve operational issues promptly.
• Assist with lounge concierge services as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Fixed Base Operations (FBO) or a similar aviation services environment.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for interaction with internal teams and external clients.
