Part‑time Customer Success Manager – 20 hrs/week

About the role

Storyteq is seeking a part‑time Customer Success Manager to join its APAC team in Auckland. Working 20 hours per week, you will ensure that Martech clients derive maximum value from the Storyteq platform, receive timely support, and grow their relationship with the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day relationships across a portfolio of key Martech clients.
• Monitor client health, identify risks, and drive continuous value delivery.
• Lead onboarding, training, and adoption initiatives for new and existing customers.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for queries and support requests.
• Support upsell conversations by uncovering expansion opportunities.
• Provide guidance on content production processes and agency workflows.
• Collaborate with the APAC team on delivery, escalations, and product feedback.
• Maintain accurate client interaction records in HubSpot and contribute to health reporting.

Required profile

• Background in SaaS, Martech, or a technical client‑facing role.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client services.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to juggle competing priorities.
• Comfortable working autonomously within a small, collaborative team.
