Part‑time Clinical Research Associate

About the role

The Clinical Research Associate (CRA) will manage clinical study sites from selection through initiation, monitoring and close‑out. Working part‑time, the CRA ensures data quality, adherence to timelines and compliance with sponsor SOPs, ICH‑GCP and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify study sites, conduct pre‑study visits and site initiation visits (SIV).
• Perform routine monitoring visits, source‑data verification and issue resolution, and produce timely monitoring reports.
• Coordinate delivery of study materials (drug, equipment, CRFs) and maintain site documentation.
• Oversee safety reporting, including timely SAE submission.
• Manage site budgets, contracts and payment schedules.
• Maintain study tools and systems, ensuring up‑to‑date records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Medicine, Pharmacology, Biology or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience as a CRA in clinical research.
• Strong understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH‑GCP guidelines.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of clinical trial operations and documentation requirements.
