Part‑Time Cleaner – Aged Care Facility

About the role

Join Granger House Lifecare in Greymouth as a part‑time Cleaner. You will work 12 hours per week across AM, PM and weekend shifts, providing a clean and safe environment for our 70‑bed aged‑care residents.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
• Maintain high hygiene standards in accordance with health‑and‑safety guidelines.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and report any maintenance issues.
• Ensure cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly and stored safely.

Required profile

• Previous cleaning experience is preferred, but full on‑the‑job training will be provided.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time‑management skills.
• Empathy and a genuine desire to help residents.
