About the role

The Partner Success Specialist will act as the primary strategist for Figured’s accounting partners, helping them achieve top performance. In this hybrid role based in Auckland CBD you will embed Figured’s solutions into partners’ daily processes, ensuring the platform becomes an integral part of their operations. You will work closely with partners to understand their needs and guide them toward best‑practice use of Figured’s tools.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the go‑to strategist for accounting partners, guiding them on best practices.
• Assist partners in integrating Figured’s tools and methodologies into their workflows.
• Collaborate with partners to identify opportunities for improvement and drive adoption.
• Offer strategic advice to help partners achieve optimal results with Figured’s platform.
