Partner Development Representative

About the role

As a Partner Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for new accountants and bookkeepers joining Xero’s Partner Program. You will help them experience the platform positively while supporting Xero’s expansion into new verticals.

Key responsibilities

• Establish a presence in a new vertical through targeted outbound sourcing.
• Qualify a high volume of inbound leads and introduce them to Xero’s partner products.
• Maintain and update prospecting records in Salesforce to enable data‑driven analysis.
• Support the sales team by coordinating and executing sales‑led events.

• Resourceful approach to identifying new business opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills to assess performance and optimise lead generation.
