Part-time Accounts Administrator – AR, AP & Payroll

About the role

We are looking for a part‑time Accounts Administrator to join our supportive team in Whenuapai, Auckland. Working 20 hours across three days each week, you will handle core accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable and payroll processing.

Key responsibilities

• Process and record accounts receivable transactions.
• Manage accounts payable, ensuring timely payments to suppliers.
• Prepare and run payroll for staff in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month‑end reconciliations.
• Collaborate with the finance team to support reporting and audit activities.

Required profile

• Previous experience in an accounting or clerical role handling AR, AP and payroll.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Comfortable with a part‑time schedule of 20 hours per week.
• Good communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
