Outlet Manager

About the role

As an Outlet Manager you will lead the daily operations of a hotel restaurant, creating a welcoming atmosphere where every guest feels like a VIP. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality, overseeing service standards, and shaping the menu to provide unique dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day outlet operations, ensuring smooth service and compliance with brand standards.
• Lead, train and motivate a team of front‑of‑house staff to achieve high performance and guest satisfaction.
• Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly and ensure personalized service.
• Monitor inventory, control costs and manage ordering to optimise profitability.
• Drive upselling initiatives, track sales performance and support revenue targets.
• Ensure health, safety and hygiene regulations, including food safety standards, are consistently met.
• Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping and other departments for seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Outlet Manager or similar role in a high‑end restaurant or hotel, or 2‑3 years as an Assistant Manager.
• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality training is a plus.
• Excellent communication, grooming and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Friendly, professional, guest‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work flexible shifts.
