Outbound Sales Development Representative

About the role

Curvion Blue is seeking an energetic Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive new business opportunities. In this pure outbound prospecting role you will identify target accounts, engage decision‑makers across multiple channels, and book qualified meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct high‑volume outreach via phone, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Research target companies and key stakeholders to personalize outreach.
• Qualify leads by understanding business challenges and assessing fit.
• Schedule and hand over qualified meetings to Account Executives.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM and track performance metrics.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, participate in coaching sessions and share prospect insights.
