About the role

Join a leading consultancy as an Oracle Delivery Consultant, managing high‑value recruitment projects for global clients such as Deloitte, KPMG and IBM. You will work in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment, supporting Business Development Consultants to fill both contract and permanent roles.

Key responsibilities

• Source and engage top‑tier Oracle and IT talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and internal databases.
• Conduct thorough screenings to assess technical suitability and cultural fit.
• Maintain a steady pipeline of qualified professionals to meet desk demand.
• Deliver a first‑class candidate experience throughout the interview process.
• Stay up‑to‑date with Oracle technologies and hiring trends to act as a subject‑matter expert.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 months experience in Oracle recruitment (or related IT recruitment).
• Strong sales mindset with the resilience to handle 20+ daily calls.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work from the London office 3‑4 days per week.
