Operations Support for Lake Whakatipu Experiences

About the role

Join RealNZ as an Operations Support professional, helping to deliver unforgettable Lake Whakatipu experiences such as the TSS Earnslaw and Spirit of Queenstown. You will work closely with the Experience Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly and ensure guests receive the magic RealNZ is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Experience Manager in coordinating day‑to‑day operations for Lake Whakatipu attractions.
• Act as the central link between operational leaders, handling logistics, rostering and issue resolution.
• Maintain high standards of service delivery and guest experience across all activities.
• Assist with scheduling, staffing and resource allocation to meet operational demands.
• Provide on‑site support during peak periods, including weekends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality, tourism or retail environments.
• At least 1 year of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to coordinate daily operations and manage staff rosters.
• Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed.

• Permanent, full‑time role with 80 guaranteed hours per fortnight.
