About the role
The Operations Supervisor will oversee both third‑party logistics (3PL) and export functions, ensuring seamless coordination across the supply chain. Reporting to senior management, you will champion continuous improvement initiatives, uphold operational excellence, and foster a high‑performing team environment. The role is based at our Airport Oaks site in Auckland.
Key responsibilities
- Lead high‑performing 3PL and export teams.
- Drive continuous improvement throughout logistics operations.
- Maintain operational excellence and meet performance targets.
- Support overall team success in a growing logistics business.
Required profile
- Proven experience supervising 3PL or export operations.
- Strong leadership and team‑building abilities.
- Commitment to a full‑time, Monday‑Friday, on‑site schedule.
