About the role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead the day‑to‑day activities of our Westport workshop and warehouse. The role is central to ensuring smooth operations across workshop, warehouse and inventory functions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Westport workshop and warehouse.
• Provide leadership for warehouse activities, ensuring efficient material handling.
• Lead workshop functions, coordinating tasks and resources.
• Manage inventory processes to maintain accurate stock levels.
• Coordinate scheduling of workshop tasks and warehouse workflows.
• Monitor operational performance and implement improvements.
• Ensure timely receipt and dispatch of goods.
• Track inventory accuracy and generate regular reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing workshop, warehouse or inventory operations.
• Strong leadership abilities to guide teams across multiple functions.
• Ability to oversee day‑to‑day operational activities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience in logistics or manufacturing settings.
• Track record of maintaining high operational standards.
