About the role

We are seeking an Operations Administrator to join Prestige Loos Ltd (trading as FLSSH) in Henderson, Auckland. In this full‑time, on‑site position you will own the systems that keep our people safe, ensure our fleet remains compliant and keep daily operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage compliance processes across the organisation.
  • Oversee fleet administration to maintain regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain and support people‑related systems and data.
  • Coordinate purchasing activities and supplier interactions.
  • Identify and implement improvements within the above areas.

Required profile

  • Ability to work across compliance, fleet, people systems and purchasing functions.
  • Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety and operational efficiency.
