Operational Specialist

About the role
The Operational Specialist will support daily financial operations by reviewing client applications, organizing documentation, and liaising with internal and external partners. This office‑based position in Albany, Auckland requires a detail‑oriented professional who can work flexible hours to keep processes running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Review and process daily client applications.
- Organize, file, and classify documents efficiently.
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless financial operations.
- Maintain accurate records and support compliance requirements.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
- High execution capability with a detail‑oriented and responsible work approach.
- Willingness to work unconventional hours as needed in New Zealand.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook.
