About the role
We are seeking an experienced Online Store Assistant to cover a 10‑month parental leave period for Auckland Museum’s online retail platform. The position is on‑site in Parnell, Auckland and is offered on a fixed‑term contract basis, providing continuity of service for the museum’s online store.
Key responsibilities
- Support the online store operations during the 10‑month parental leave cover, maintaining service continuity for customers.
- Assist with day‑to‑day tasks related to the online store as directed by the team.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in online store assistance or retail support, with the ability to work on‑site for the contract duration.
