Online Assistant – Order Picking & Packing

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Online Assistant to join our fulfilment team at Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand. In this role you will ensure that online grocery orders are picked, packed and prepared for delivery with accuracy and speed, supporting our customers across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders accurately, efficiently and safely.
• Communicate with other departments regarding out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any customer enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area while adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assist with inventory checks and report any discrepancies.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to stand and be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a welcoming smile.
