Online Assistant (Order Picking & Packing)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Online Assistant to join our fulfilment team at Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand. In this role you will help ensure that online grocery orders are picked, packed and dispatched accurately and safely, contributing to a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders with precision, meeting quality and safety standards.
• Communicate with store departments to resolve out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and other customer enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area while adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Support the flow of orders to meet daily dispatch targets.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Effective communicator who works well within a team.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with a smile.
