Online Assistant (Order Picking & Packing)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Online Assistant to join our fulfilment team at Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand. In this role you will pick and pack online grocery orders, ensuring accuracy, speed and safety for our customers across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Pick items from shelves and assemble customer orders according to specifications.
• Pack orders securely for delivery, checking for correct quantities and product quality.
• Communicate any out‑of‑stock items, substitutions or issues to the relevant departments.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, following health‑and‑safety guidelines.
• Support the online fulfilment flow by updating order status and handling enquiries.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and quality.
• Ability to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude.
• Positive, friendly demeanor with a willingness to learn.
