Online Assistant – Order Picking & Packing

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, supporting our fast‑growing e‑commerce fulfilment operation. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, ensuring that online orders are prepared accurately, safely, and on time for our customers across the country.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders with precision, maintaining high quality and safety standards.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions, and any customer‑related enquiries.
• Follow health and safety procedures to protect yourself and colleagues.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of good customer service and the ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Effective communicator who works well within a team.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, welcoming attitude with a smile.
