Online Assistant – Order Picking & Packing

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, supporting our growing e‑commerce channel by picking and packing customer orders accurately and safely. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, helping to deliver a seamless online shopping experience for millions of New Zealanders each week.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and safety.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any customer‑related enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area while adhering to health and safety standards.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to stand and move on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Friendly, approachable attitude with a smile.
