Online Assistant – Order Picking & Packing

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping our customers receive their groceries quickly and accurately. You will work in a dynamic warehouse environment, supporting the online fulfilment process from order receipt to dispatch.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders with a focus on accuracy, speed and safety.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any customer‑related enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area while following health and safety guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• A friendly, positive attitude and a welcoming smile.
