About the role
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping to pick and pack online orders for thousands of customers each week. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, ensuring orders are accurate, safe, and ready for delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently.
- Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions, and customer enquiries.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following health and safety guidelines.
- Assist with inventory checks and stock replenishment as needed.
Required profile
- Strong focus on customer service and quality.
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate clearly.
- Willingness to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Friendly, positive attitude with a smile.
