About the role
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, supporting our growing e‑commerce operation. You will pick and pack online orders accurately, efficiently and safely, ensuring a great experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
- Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any order‑related enquiries.
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety for yourself and teammates.
Required profile
- Demonstrates good customer service and a customer‑first mindset.
- Works well within a team and communicates effectively.
- Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
