About the role
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping our customers receive their orders accurately, efficiently and safely. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting the online fulfilment process and collaborating with other teams.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
- Maintain a safe work environment and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Friendly, welcoming attitude with a smile.
