About the role
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, supporting our growing e‑commerce operation. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, ensuring that online customers receive their orders accurately, safely and on time.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any customer enquiries.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, following health and safety guidelines.
- Use handheld devices or order management systems to record order details.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
- Ability to work on your feet for the duration of a shift.
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
