Online Assistant

About the role

The Online Assistant supports Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand’s e‑commerce fulfilment by picking and packing customer orders accurately and safely. Working in a busy warehouse environment, you will help ensure that online shoppers receive the right products on time.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders following company standards for accuracy and safety.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area while adhering to health and safety procedures.
• Assist with inventory checks and report any discrepancies.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
• Willingness to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Positive attitude and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
