About the role
Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping to fulfil online customer orders by picking and packing items accurately, efficiently and safely in a warehouse environment.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack online orders, ensuring correct items, quantities and packaging.
- Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any order‑related enquiries.
- Maintain a strong focus on health and safety for yourself and colleagues throughout each shift.
Required profile
- Demonstrates good customer service and a customer‑first mindset.
- Works well within a team, communicating clearly and effectively.
- Willingness to stay on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Friendly smile and welcoming attitude.
