Online Assistant

About the role

Join Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand as an Online Assistant, helping to fulfil online grocery orders for thousands of Kiwi customers each week. You will work in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, picking and packing items accurately while ensuring a safe and friendly experience for both customers and teammates.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack online orders with speed, accuracy and safety.
• Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and customer enquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area and follow health‑and‑safety procedures.
• Support the online fulfilment team in meeting daily targets.

Required profile

• Strong focus on customer service and quality.
• Ability to follow established processes and systems.
• Good communication skills and teamwork.
• Willingness to stand for the duration of the shift and maintain a positive attitude.
