About the role
We are looking for an Online Assistant to join our fulfilment team at Woolworths Supermarkets New Zealand. In this role you will pick and pack online orders accurately, efficiently and safely, ensuring a great experience for our customers.
Key responsibilities
- Pick and pack customer orders for online delivery, meeting quality and speed standards.
- Communicate with other departments about out‑of‑stock items, substitutions and any order‑related enquiries.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following health‑and‑safety procedures.
- Support the team in meeting daily fulfilment targets.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service mindset and ability to make customer‑first decisions.
- Effective communicator who works well within a team.
- Willingness to be on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Friendly, approachable attitude with a smile.
